I am a professor of International Relations based in India. My focus is India’s foreign policy, South Asia, Asian security, and global politics more broadly. I am particularly interested in Asian International and Strategic Thought and Indian strategic culture.
This site will feature as many of my published writings, past and present, that I am permitted to upload (given copyright restrictions) and links to writings that I cannot upload. It will also feature unpublished writings. Additionally, I will occasionally post commentary, largely on international affairs.
